Workplace Yoga Classes
Class times are customised to your needs. We recommend a minimum of 45mins and a maximum of 1hr 15mins.

Relaxation Classes
Progressive Yoga Relaxation is a 1 hour guided relaxation that addresses physical, mental and emotional fatigue and stress.
One learns to relax deeply very quickly, and emerges from this 'accelerated sleep' process feeling rejuvenated and energised. This process may improve sleep, energy and focus, and increase overall health and well being.
Service to Yoga Teachers
